Kodi and Marsha’s journey began in 2019 at Disney in Tampa, Florida — a fitting place for two dreamers to cross paths. From day one, their connection was undeniable.

For Marsha, one unforgettable memory stands out:

“I remember standing outside Kodi’s car one night when he blasted ‘Love on Top’ by Beyoncé and asked me to dance. That was before he even asked me to be his girlfriend — and in that moment, I knew he was something magical.”

“Taking Marsha across the pond for the first time was special. We set off to explore the Cliffs of Howth, and she was so in her element. It was then I realized she’d fallen in love with travel just as much as I had.”

Since then, the two have traveled the globe — from the ruins of Mexico to the gardens of Japan, the cobblestone streets of England to the Christmas markets of Germany, with many more adventures to come (including a honeymoon in Greece!). Their shared passions include theme park days, Disney enchantment, and — thanks to Kodi — a growing affection for all things Pokémon.

On May 7, 2024, Kodi proposed to Marsha in the serene beauty of Maruyama Park in Kyoto, Japan. They ended the night with a celebratory Wagyu dinner, filled with joy and the promise of forever.
